Over the course of the last few years many international investors have built up portfolios of properties to take advantage of capital appreciation or to benefit from the incomes of letting.
Even taking in to consideration current market conditions and the ensuing retracement in house prices throughout most of the developed world, properties still represent one of the most resilient forms of investments over the medium and long term.
Indeed some market analysts are already beginning to talk of when not if prices will recover to pre-crises levels. For the shrewd investor who believes we are in YET ANOTHER property cycle, current market conditions could represent a real opportunity to acquire properties off plan or completed villas and apartments, (some with guaranteed incomes), which were up until quite recently, out of their price range, before they once again begin to rise in value.
We are currently introducing potential buyers to properties for sale at BELOW bank valuations in the UK, Germany and Portugal. Non-resident finance can be arranged and in some cases tenants or guaranteed incomes are available.
Whether as a second home or as an investment current prices offer an excellent opportunity.

Mark Twain famously said “buy land, they´re not making any more”.
For generations many of the worlds´ wealthiest families have considered land and real estate as one of the key foundations of their fortunes. Mark Twain famously said “buy land, they´re not making any more”.
To a degree there always has and always will be a finite supply of land available for sale on the open market (as most landowners rarely sell). Along with this fact is the assurance that there will always be a use for land.
Whether for the construction of houses, shopping centres and supermarkets, office blocks and commercial properties, roads and infrastructure or simply for farming, there always has and always will be a shortfall of supply to meet demand. Over the long term land can be viewed as a useful and valuable commodity and is worth considering as part of a balanced investment portfolio.
The concept of land banking is not a new one. It has been used for generations by wealthy land owners and more recently as a strategic hedge by investment companies, property developers and supermarket chains to name but a few.
We currently have investment land available in the United Kingdom, Portugal and Poland. |
